[Escenario] BKC - Dunkerque WWII

24th is around the corner. We already presented the Battle of Lausanne scenario, but this year we deploy a second table in colabortion with our friends from Alpha Ares: the defense of Dunkirk's beaches!

In 1940 they were the setting of the evacuation to Great Britain of 330.000 French and British soldiers, the latter ones being part of the British Expeditionary Force, in face of the German onslaught knew as Operation Dinamo, which officialy started at 26th May 23:30. Under intense German artillery fire and Luftwaffe aerial bombardment, which included Stuka dive bombers, thousand of English, French and Belgian soldiers waited at the beach while seven French divisions resisted at the eighty kilometers of the front in rearguard actions against Wehrmacht's assaults as BEF troops withdrawn to the coast. At Téteghem one infantry brigade with some armoured support prepares to face the German advance.

For this scenario we are using Blitzkrieg Commander rulebook with 28mm models.
