Parte de la compañía se desplegó en el sur del planeta, junto a a los Ultramarines de la II Compañía para atacar la ciudad de Opus IV. Un destacamento de tropas especializadas de los Dragones, es desplegado en otra región. El Tarot del Emperador ha revelado que un misterioso poder se está infiltrando en las comunidades agrícolas del norte del planeta y una enigmática Plaga, parecida a la sufrida en Opus IV empieza a afectar la zona. Con la misión de Búsqueda y Destrucción, los Dragones han de encontrar al responsable de este nuevo brote de infección y eliminarlo.
We come back to Estigia DD6. Imperial forces had received reinforcements with the arrival of the Emperor's Dragons IV company. Part of this company was deployed at the Southern Hemisphere of the planet alongside Ultramarines II company in order to attack the city of Opus IV. A detachment of specialist troops of the Dragons was deployed in another place. The Emperor's Tarot revealed that some misterious power is infiltrating the agricultural communities on the Northern Hemisphere and an enigmatic plague similiar to that of Opus IV is affecting the area. With a Seek & Destroy mission the Dragons must find the responsible of this new outbreak and eliminate it.
Una vez desplegados sobre el terreno, los Dragones del Emperador, descubren que un Paladín de Nurgle, es el responsable de la propagación de la Plaga y rápidamente se preparan para atacar al campeón del Caos y sus tropas. Once deployed and with their boots on the ground, the Emperor's Dragons discover that a Champion of Nurgle (aka Doctor Moreau West) is behind the propagation of the Plague and they ready themselves to interrupt Dr. West's holy work. The Dragons deploy the Tactical squad "Lamia", the Veteran squad "Fafnir", "Bahamut" squad's terminators and the Landspeeder Uroboros. The Pallid Heart deploy the "Savant Seven" Plague Marines, a squad of Aspirants, the venerable "Field Hospital" of the Pallid Heart, an ambulance and a herd of Blessed Ones.

Nurgle's Own shrug off against the inconvinience and, as the Seven Savants fire volley after volley of Bolter fire against the Terminators at the right flank, the Aspirants and the Blessed Ones run against the Veteran Dragons. The Landspeeder maneuvers to troll the Aspirants inflicting several casualties among them.

Los Marines del Caos, responden al fuego del Landspeeder con sus armar cortas y un terrible fuego rápido que elimina al piloto y daña seriamente al vehículo imperial. The Blessed Ones, full of holy zeal, sacrifice themselves for the glory of Grandpa killing three Veterans of the Fafnir squad. Centuries of service to the Corpse Impostor taken in mere seconds. At the center the Emperor's Dragons Captain uses a treacherous and coward device known ans the Vortex Grenade to send the good Doctor and Slimy, the merry pet of the Doctor, back to the Warp. Little he knew that the Doctor is truly blessed and Nurgle himself will oversee his safe travel across the Warp back to Estigia. Thinking their mission is accomplished, the remaining Dragons secure the battlefield trying to murder the rest of the followers of the Lord of Pestilence in their narrowmindness. Needless to say they fail and several brothers slip between their fingers to continue their holy crusade against Mankind's Slavers.
