Batalla Arnhem en las Alpha Ares 2015

Bueno, hace unos meses, ya os comentamos que estábamos preparando una mesa algo espectacular para las Alpha Ares de este año (nuestro fin de curso, en cuanto a eventos se refiere). Y como siempre, teníamos ganas de hacer algo grande y vistoso. Cuando General Grumpie me comentó que molaria jugar una partida de Marquet-Garden, con el tema de los puentes, nos pusimos a recordar la película, "Un puente lejano", y los combates de los paracas británicos en Arnhem... y surgió la pregunta. ¿Y si hacemos Arnhem? y ¿hacemos una mesa con el puente??

Así que, hablamos con Gumly, a quien también le gustó la idea y nos liamos, buscando fotos, mapas e información. Una vez tuvimos claro que queríamos hacer, hablamos con los chicos de Infernal Forge y les planteamos la opción de que nos hicieran de mecenas y financiaran parte de la mesa, para luego quedársela en la tienda, cosa que les pareció genial.

 Well, a few months ago, we told you we were preparing a table for something spectacular Alpha Ares days, this year (our end of year, as far as events are concerned). And as always, we wanted to do something big and showy. When General Grumpie told me it would be cool to play a game of Marquet-Garden, with the theme of bridges, we started to remember the movie, "A Bridge Too Far" and the fighting of the British parachutists in Arnhem ... and did the Question. So, we talk to Gumly, who also liked the idea and started searching photos, maps and information. Once we knew we wanted to do, we talked to the guys from Infernal Forge and propose them the option that we did patrons and finance part of the table, and then keep it in the store, which seemed great.
